Job summary

Orora in Perth is seeking a manufacturing operator to join our team on a 12-hour rotating shift, focusing on maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standards. You will operate high-speed machinery, perform changeovers, troubleshoot, and make machine adjustments to ensure smooth production.

You will read and follow SOPs, contribute to continuous improvement, and strive for world-class operational performance while being an active and proactive team member.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to work across 24-hour rotating shift patterns.
• Manufacturing or printing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standards.

Reporting into the shift supervisor and working a 12hr rotating shift the key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

Maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standards

Operating high speed machinery including:

performing changeovers

troubleshooting

machine adjustments

Assist in machinery changeovers

Reading & following SOP's
