Job summary

Evolve Scientific is seeking a Production Operator to join their GMP manufacturing team in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This day shift position runs 6am–2pm on a casual ongoing basis, Monday to Friday, with potential for long-term progression.

Responsibilities include performing manufacturing activities per SOPs, operating automated equipment safely, completing accurate documentation, and maintaining equipment and workspace hygiene in compliance with GDP, EHS, QMS and ISO requirements.

Qualifications

• Production Operator experience in GMP manufacturing (pharma or medical device).
• Experience operating automated manufacturing equipment.
• Strong fine motor skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of following processes and completing documentation accurately.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Duties:

• Perform manufacturing activities in accordance with approved SOPs, work instructions, production schedules and quality standards.
• Operate equipment and automated processes safely and in accordance with training.
• Complete production documentation and data entry accurately in line with GDP requirements.
• Meet productivity and output targets while maintaining quality, safety and compliance.
• Maintain equipment, work areas and required housekeeping standards.
• Comply with EHS, QMS, GMP and site requirements, including ISO 14001 and ISO 13485.

Skills/experience:

• Demonstrated experience working as a Production Operator within a GMP manufacturing enviornment (pharmaceutical or medical device)
• Experience operating automated manufacturing equipment
• Strong fine motor skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to follow processes and complete documentation accurately
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
