Job summary

Elite Staffing Solutions is recruiting for a Manufacturing Operator and Production Packer at a leading pharmaceutical facility in the Melbourne region (Dandenong, Keysborough, Clayton). Candidates with machine operating experience or strong mechanical aptitude will thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as production worker/machine operator in food or pharma.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Experience within pharmaceutical, food manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial environments highly regarded.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of GMP or regulated manufacturing environments advantageous.
• Reliable transport and flexibility to work day or afternoon shifts.
• Unlimited/Full working rights within Australia.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing - encapsulation, compression and stick line and packaging machinery
• Set up machines and perform changeovers when required
• Conduct routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
• Involve in fast paced packing activities and production line assistance.
• Maintain production output and quality standards
• Identify and report machine faults or production issuesFollow GMP, hygiene, and safety procedures at all times
• Complete production documentation accurately
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment
• Work collaboratively with production and maintenance teams

We are recruiting experienced Manufacturing Operators and Production Packers for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility based in Dandenong, Keysborough and Clayton. Seeking reliable and motivated individuals with previous machine operating/process working experience or strong mechanical aptitude to join a fast-paced production environment on an ongoing basis.

About the Role

Working within a clean and highly regulated manufacturing environment, as a Machine Operator you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

As a Production Packer you will be overseeing production lines, assisting in fast-paced packing products, quality checking and line maintenance.

Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting and have a strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities
