Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking an experienced machine operator for a well-established pharmaceutical company in Melbourne. The role involves operating and packing products, supporting line changeovers and line clearance, and ensuring quality checks and compliant labeling on a GMP production line.

You will follow SOPs and regulatory requirements, with a focus on precision, problem-solving, and flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform line setting and changeovers.
• Strong attention to detail and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and pack products on the line.
• Assist with changeovers and line clearance.

About the role:

• Seeking experienced machine operator with demonstrated GMP experience.
• Ongoing contract with potential for permanency
• Afternoon shift: Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11pm
• Based in Southeast suburbs

About your duties:

• Machine operation and packing of products
• Assist with changeovers and line clearance
• Quality check and labelling of products
• Following regulations and SOPs
• Troubleshooting of machines

About you:

• Previous experience as a machine operator/line setter in a fast-paced GMP environment (pharmaceutical or food manufacturing)
• Strong troubleshooting experience in packing / labelling machines
• You will be a quality-focused individual with excellent attention to detail, have strong problem-solving ability and a flexible attitude.
