Job summary

MployHR is seeking a reliable Pharmaceutical Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team in Melbourne on the night shift. This hands-on role suits candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, food manufacturing or similar production environments.

You will operate tablet compression machines and assist with preparation, weighing and dispensing materials. With full training provided, the position offers 8-hour night shifts Monday to Friday and an ongoing casual arrangement at AU$48.45 per

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor tablet compression machines during production.
• Assist with medication preparation, including weighing, measuring and dispensing materials according to batch instructions.
• Load materials into equipment and monitor production processes.
• Perform in-process quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Follow batch instructions, GMP, safety and quality procedures.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Maintain clean equipment and production areas in accordance with hygiene requirements.
• Identify and report equipment issues or product irregularities to the supervisor.

About the Role
