Fenner Conveyors, a Michelin Group Company, is recruiting process machine operators for its West Footscray facility. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and offers full training within a growing team.

Permanent day-shift positions run Monday to Thursday with potential overtime and career progression. Applicants should hold a current forklift licence, have manufacturing and machine operation experience, and be physically fit to pass a medical clearance and drug/alcohol screen.

Qualifications

• Hold a current Forklift licence.
• Manufacturing and machine operation experience preferred.
• Textile industry experience highly regarded.
• Mechanically minded and able to problem solve.
• Physically fit and able to pass a full medical clearance including drug and alcohol screen.
• Unlimited working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control manufacturing machinery in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.
• Contribute to high quality output and adherence to safety standards.
• Complete pre-employment medical and National Police Check as required.
