The Role

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and operating machinery that processes recycled materials into paper products, ensuring efficiency, safety and product quality standards are maintained throughout production.

Working within a team based manufacturing environment, you will assist with machine operation, quality checks, troubleshooting and maintaining smooth production flow across the site.

This position operates on a rotating roster across day and night shifts, with 12 hour shifts commencing at either 6:00am or 6:00pm. The roster follows a repeating cycle of 4 on, 5 off, 4 on, 4 off, and 5 on, 4 off.

About You

We are seeking candidates who are hands on and mechanically minded, with the ability to work effectively within a fast paced industrial environment.

Ideally, you will have:
