Job summary

Randstad Australia is seeking production workers for Arnotts in Brisbane to support daily production targets across day, afternoon and night shifts. Training is provided and permanent opportunities may arise based on business needs.

The role emphasizes adherence to GMP/HACCP, equipment setup and changeovers, and safe manual handling. A pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol screening is required, plus full rights to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in production environments preferred (pharma/food/FMCG).
• Able to pass pre‑employment medical including drug and alcohol screening.
• Able to commit to full availability and rights to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Work autonomously and as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
• Set up, changeovers, operate and troubleshoot equipment per Arnotts standards.
• Perform process area cleaning to maintain GMP and HACCP compliance.
• Be mechanically minded with attention to detail.
• Be physically fit for manual handling and long periods on feet.

Ideally you will have experience working within the pharmaceutical, food manufacturing or FMCG industry although full training will be provided.

About The Role / What You Need

• Work autonomously and as a team member to deliver daily production requirements against performance criteria.
• Set up, changeovers, operating and troubleshooting of equipment within Arnotts OHS quality and performance standards.
• Perform process area cleaning to maintain company compliance, GMP and HACCP standards.
• Mechanically minded with attention to detail.
• Physically fit for manual handling tasks and able to stand for long periods.

It would also good if you had any of the following
