Job summary

Complete Recruitment Solutions in Blacktown is seeking reliable machine operators to join the production team. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 5am–1pm shifts and paid 2 hours of OT weekly. You will operate machinery and forklifts, palletise products, and perform quality checks.

This casual ongoing role offers full training, on-site parking, and a view to permanency after 3 months. Immediate start available for the right candidates. Forklift licence is essential.

Your new company:

Join a family-owned business that has been a leader in the Agricultural Industry for nearly 30 years. Based in Blacktown, they have a clean manufacturing environment and a history of long tenures within their manufacturing team.

Your new role:

This is a casual ongoing role involving 40 hours per week (2 hours of paid overtime every week!), Monday to Friday.

5am - 1pm shifts. You will work in the production team, assisting with machine operating and palletising manufactured products using a forklift.

Your duties will include:

• Machine operation
• Forklift operation
• Palletising and shrink wrapping finished products
• Using strong attention to detail to do quality checks

Our client is looking for:

Reliable and motivated machine operators who are willing to learn and looking for a long term opportunity.

To be considered for this role you will need:

• An LF forklift licence (Essential)
• Basic computer skills to program machine tasks
• A good mechanical aptitude
• Keen-to-learn attitude and a strong work ethic!
• The ability to work well independently
