Job summary

James Hardie in Rosehill, NSW seeks a dedicated full-time Finishing team member to operate forklifts and support manufacturing finishing processes.

You will work a 4 on 4 off rotation: 2 x 12hr day shifts (6am–6pm) followed by 2 x 12hr night shifts (6pm–6am). A forklift license, safety focus, and strong communication are essential, with an attractive hourly rate plus overtime.

Qualifications

• Valid Forklift License.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of safety in the workplace.
• Ability to use computers for data entry and machine operation.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening.
• Willing to work across a 4 on 4 off rotation: 2 x 12hr days (6am–6pm) and 2 x 12hr nights (6pm–6am).

• You will be flexible and open to work across rotation shift Pattern / 4 on 4 off - 2 x 12hr day shifts - 6am-6pm, followed by / 2 x 12hr night shifts, 6pm-6am
