This is an opportunity to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with an enthusiastic team of professionals.

Our offices are based in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. We like to bring people together in person when we can, but we are mindful of the benefits of working from home for work/ life balance. We therefore leave it to you and the team you join to figure out what works best!

** Please note that due to customer requirements, this role requires Australian Citizenship and eligibility to undertake a Federal Government Security Clearance **

What You'll Do

  • Estimating, scheduling and ensuring that all resource planning requirements are sufficient to provide the required levels of availability and support
  • Managing performance and culture of a high-performance team
  • Managing team workload and priorities to achieve SLAs
  • Managing customer expectations by overseeing the support model
  • Ensure all escalations are addressed with effective communication back to the relevant stakeholder and associated parties

  • Determining how to use resources to meet service level agreements and support objectives
  • Remedying complex problems and provide technical consultation in line with the established support model
  • Planning systems capabilities and resources to fulfil user requirements
  • Mentoring other engineers in the team to uplift skills

We are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders' changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver enterprise-level M365 solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and best practices
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with a focus on building trusted relationships and driving continuous service improvement

Nice to have:

  • Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Purview for enhanced compliance and automation capabilities
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-203, MS-102)
