People First Bank is seeking an experienced Digital Workplace M365 Solutions Engineer to design, implement and support secure, modern Microsoft 365 services across the organisation. You will own Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and related tools, partner with Cyber Security and Architecture, and drive automation and governance to keep the environment compliant and reliable.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience on Microsoft 365 platform services within an enterprise environment.
- Deep technical knowledge across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, Copilot and Purview.
- Hands-on with security, compliance, information protection, retention, identity and access governance.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement and continually improve Microsoft 365 services and governance.
- Own operation, governance and continuous improvement of M365 platform services.
- Monitor health and troubleshoot complex incidents across connectivity and performance.
- Deliver security and compliance controls including Conditional Access and DLP.
- Use PowerShell and automation to streamline administration and changes.
- Manage evergreen changes and user adoption with testing and rollout.
