Job summary

People First Bank is seeking a Digital Workplace M365 Solutions Engineer to design, implement and support secure, modern Microsoft 365 services. You will own Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Copilot, working with Cyber Security, Architecture and Service Management to keep the environment secure, compliant and highly available.

You will bring deep M365 engineering expertise, governance, automation and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver reliable, scalable collaboration

Qualifications

Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 platform services in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on expertise across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, Copilot and Purview.
Strong knowledge of M365 security, compliance, information protection, retention and governance.
Proven ability to use PowerShell and automation for admin tasks and changes.

Responsibilities

Design, implement and continually improve M365 services including Teams, SharePoint Online and Copilot.
Own operation, governance and continual improvement of M365 platform services.
Monitor service health and troubleshoot complex incidents across connectivity and performance.
Implement security and compliance controls (Conditional Access, DLP, retention, identity).
Deliver platform changes with automation to improve efficiency and user adoption.
Manage evergreen changes, testing, rollout and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with Architecture, Cyber Security and business teams to meet requirements.
Maintain clear technical documentation and report service health and priorities.
