Job summary
OneStep Group in Melbourne seeks a Solutions Consultant to architect, advise, build, migrate and support customers on SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and related Microsoft 365 apps. This hands-on role collaborates with clients to deliver from our offering catalog using approved methodologies and a defined engagement scope.
You will work with clients to understand requirements, design and deploy governance in Purview, and mentor junior consultants while driving continuous improvement and staying
Qualifications
- Experience architecting and delivering SharePoint and M365 solutions for enterprise customers.
- Ability to scope, design, develop and analyse SharePoint/Teams/Purview-based solutions.
- Strong communication and ability to work with clients, vendors and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Deliver solutions engagements following defined methodologies and engagement scopes.
- Consult, configure and develop on Microsoft 365 with a focus on SharePoint and knowledge management.
- Deliver enterprise solutions on the M365 platform including SharePoint Online/On-Premises and Teams.
- Provide solutions support to the Managed Services team.
- Mentor junior consultants and promote best practice in M365 development.
- Stay current on industry trends and new AI technologies for solutions.
