Job summary

Steadfast Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Specialist for a 12-month fixed term contract to lead a major transformation program. You will implement SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, and related services to modernise collaboration, governance, and document management across the organisation.

You will work with stakeholders, design architectures, and drive governance and migration initiatives while delivering knowledge transfer and documentation to the team.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience with SharePoint Online governance, metadata and document management.
• Experience with Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience implementing Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Purview, and automation via PowerShell.
• Tertiary qualification with Microsoft certifications in M365, SharePoint, Power Platform or Azure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, and related services.
• Deliver SharePoint Online information architecture, document management, metadata, content types, and governance.
• Configure and enhance Power Platform capabilities including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and governance controls.
• Support migration from legacy file servers into Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide documentation and knowledge transfer.
