Job summary

Professional Search Group is seeking an experienced M365 Governance Consultant to help a client establish a robust governance framework within Microsoft 365.

The role focuses on assessing controls across Purview, SharePoint Advanced Management and the M365 Admin Center, and developing DLP and retention policies while ensuring best-practice security and compliance across the environment. This is a contracting engagement with an immediate contribution requirement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as M365 Governance Consultant or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Purview, SharePoint Advanced Management, and M365 Admin Center.
• Experience implementing DLP and retention policies.

Responsibilities

• Assess and clarify the controls and options within the M365 landscape.
• Develop and implement strategies for DLP and Retention policies.
• Provide recommendations on governance best practices to streamline processes and enhance security.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a clear understanding of M365 governance controls.
