Job summary

Data#3 Canberra Professional Services team is seeking a Microsoft 365 specialist to design and deliver integrated 365 solutions for government and regulated sectors. You will lead deployments, gather requirements, and shape outcomes with architects and account teams.

The role emphasizes security, identity, compliance, and endpoint management with a focus on delivering real business value through expert implementation and trusted customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Baseline security clearance (NV1 preferred).
• Strong experience designing, deploying and supporting Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Expertise across M365 security, identity, compliance, messaging or endpoint management.
• Demonstrated technical leadership and sound solution design capability.
• Strong consultation and stakeholder management skills to translate technical design into business value.
• Experience delivering projects within government or highly regulated sectors is highly regarded.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications, such as M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert or Security Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Lead technical deployments, reviews and solution improvements.
• Work with customers to understand requirements and shape the right outcomes.
