Job summary

Steadfast Group Limited is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Specialist to join on a 12-month fixed term contract and support a significant transformation program across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, and Information Management.

The role focuses on designing, configuring, and implementing 365 solutions, governance, metadata, and migration from legacy servers, with collaboration across stakeholders to deliver governance frameworks and training.

Qualifications

5-7+ years delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in enterprise settings.
Deep knowledge of SharePoint Online information architecture and governance.
Proven Power Platform experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Teams, and related services.
Deliver SharePoint Online solutions including information architecture, document management, metadata, content types, and governance.
Enhance Power Platform capabilities and governance; support migration from legacy servers to Microsoft 365.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and provide documentation and training.
