Job summary

Technical Resources Pty Ltd in Perth is seeking a Microsoft 365 & Atlassian Platform Lead to own the collaboration stack across Microsoft 365 and Atlassian, with governance and roadmap responsibilities.

You will lead a small squad of platform engineers and SMEs, driving automation, self-service, and secure, scalable operations while coordinating with Cyber, Identity, Architecture, and vendors. Flexible work-from-home arrangements are available.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft 365 and Atlassian governance and lifecycle management.
Leadership experience across multiple platforms or teams.
Solid grounding in identity, security, and cloud/SaaS integration.
Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and relevant certifications are a bonus.

Responsibilities

Lead technical strategy, standards, and lifecycle for Microsoft 365 and Atlassian.
Oversee service health and escalations for SaaS tools (Miro, monday.com, LucidLink).
Reduce manual effort via automation and self-service.
Collaborate with Cyber, Identity, Architecture, Service Desk, and vendors.
