Job summary

Informatech is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist to support a major M365 transformation program within a Federal Government entity. This role will play a key part in the implementation and migration to a modern M365 environment, working closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver secure, well-governed and effective collaboration solutions.

Australian citizenship and an active NV1 security clearance is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in M365 implementation, configuration and migration.
• Strong technical expertise across SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, Teams and Microsoft Purview.
• Experience with Entra ID, Access Packages, Power Automate or Logic Apps, Power BI and Intune.
• Strong automation capability using PowerShell and/or Microsoft Graph API.
• Knowledge of records governance, compliance and security within M365 environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Skills and Experience

The successful candidate will bring strong hands‑on experience delivering and migrating solutions within complex M365 environments, including:

• Demonstrated experience in M365 implementation, configuration and migration.

• Experience with adjacent technologies including Entra ID, Access Packages, Power Automate or Logic Apps, Power BI and Intune.
