Job summary

Emanate Technology is seeking a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer for a Canberra-based, large-scale transformation program. You will lead the implementation, administration, and migration of Microsoft 365 services, collaborating with architects, project teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft 365 implementation and migration projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Entra ID, and Copilot.
• Ability to plan migration strategies and maintain business continuity during transition.
• NV1 security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical implementation, administration, and migration activities supporting the transition to a new Microsoft 365 tenant
• Configure, administer, and support Microsoft 365 technologies including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Entra ID, Microsoft Copilot
• Execute migration activities for user identities, SharePoint Online environments, and OneDrive content
• Configure and support identity and access management controls
• Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and remediation
• Develop technical documentation, migration runbooks, artefacts, and service transition documentation
• Work closely with architects, project managers, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
• Contribute to migration planning, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement
