Job summary

Elysium Digital seeks a skilled M365/Cloud Engineer to drive a Microsoft 365 transformation and tenant migration within a secure government environment. You will manage Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Copilot across large-scale cloud and collaboration platforms.

The role focuses on delivering migrations, ensuring identity and access controls, and producing clear technical artefacts for project teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on expertise across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Entra ID, Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical implementation, administration, and migration activities within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Configure and support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Copilot.
• Execute migration activities for user identities, SharePoint Online content, and OneDrive data.
• Support identity and access management controls, security policies, and governance requirements.
• Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and remediation activities throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Develop technical documentation, operational procedures, and transition artefacts.
• Collaborate with project teams, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.

We are seeking a M365 Engineer / Cloud Engineer to join our team and support a major Microsoft 365 transformation and tenant migration program within a secure government environment.

This is an opportunity to work on a large-scale cloud and collaboration technology initiative involving Microsoft 365 migration, identity services, collaboration platforms, and modern workplace technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical implementation, administration, and migration activities within Microsoft 365 environments
• Configure and support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Microsoft Copilot
• Execute migration activities for user identities, SharePoint Online content, and OneDrive data
• Support identity and access management controls, security policies, and governance requirements
• Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and remediation activities throughout the migration lifecycle
• Develop technical documentation, operational procedures, and transition artefacts
• Collaborate with project teams, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes

• Demonstrated experience delivering Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects
• Strong hands-on expertise across:

• Experience with tenant-to-tenant migration activities
• Identity and access management experience, including Conditional Access and authentication services

• Ability to develop technical documentation and implementation artefacts
