Job summary

The Andersen Partnership in Perth seeks a Senior Analyst or Assistant Manager to join its expanding M&A team. You will work on transactions for corporate, private equity and banking clients, gaining exposure across the full lifecycle and collaborating with senior deal professionals.

You’ll handle origination through execution, build financial models, prepare IMs and client materials, and support due diligence and client engagement.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience across M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Valuations, Investment Banking, Corporate Development or related field.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capability.
• Commercially minded with genuine interest in transactions and advisory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting M&A transactions from origination through to execution.
• Financial modelling, valuation and transaction analysis.
• Industry, market and commercial research.
• Preparing IMs, management presentations, board papers and other client materials.
• Supporting buyer/investor engagement and due diligence processes.
• Working directly with clients, senior advisers and other transaction stakeholders.
