Job summary

The Andersen Partnership in Sydney and Melbourne is seeking an experienced Director/Associate Director to lead transaction services engagements across buy-side and sell-side deals for corporate and private equity clients. You will shape engagement strategy, mentor teams, and partner with senior stakeholders across markets.

You will work with international colleagues on cross-border transactions, leveraging data analytics and AI to deliver deeper commercial insights.

Qualifications

7+ years' experience within Transaction Services, Deals Advisory or Financial Due Diligence.
CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to communicate financial findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
A track record of leading engagements and developing client relationships.
Previous Big 4 or leading advisory experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

Leading financial due diligence engagements across buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Acting as a trusted adviser to corporate and private equity clients throughout the M&A lifecycle.
Working closely with senior decision-makers while building long-term client relationships.
Collaborating with specialist teams locally and internationally on complex cross-border transactions.
Leveraging market-leading data analytics and emerging AI capabilities to deliver deeper commercial insights.
Coaching, mentoring and developing high-performing teams while contributing to business development and practice growth.
