The role offers exposure to live transactions, preparation of pitch books, and collaboration with senior bankers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment across Australia.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in investment banking, corporate finance or consulting.
• Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law/Commerce or similar.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, CapIQ or Refinitiv for research and data.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency expected.
• Strong integrity and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with financial modelling, valuations (DCF, comps) and scenario analysis.
• Conduct industry and market research to support deals and materials.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch books and transaction timetables.
• Coordinate investor meetings and manage data rooms.
• Monitor market activity and ASX announcements relevant to deals.
• Support execution and settlement processes with senior bankers.
