Job summary

The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists seeks an eLearning Specialist for a 24-month fixed-term contract in Sydney to lead the implementation, optimisation and ongoing success of the College's Learning Experience Platform (LXP) and digital learning environment.

You will work with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure accessible, high-quality learning experiences for Fellows, trainees and educators.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing, managing or optimising LMS/LXP platforms.
• Experience supporting digital learning projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of learning design and adult learning principles.
• Experience with learning analytics and related digital learning systems.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of integrations, APIs, SSO, identity management and data reporting.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a complex, service-oriented environment.
• Desirable: experience in medical education, health education or professional membership organisations.
• Desirable: familiarity with curriculum, assessment or accreditation environments.
• Desirable: exposure to responsible AI-enabled learning and personalised pathways.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, rollout and ongoing optimisation of the Learning Experience Platform (LXP).
• Assist with testing, content migration and transition to business-as-usual operations.
• Contribute to the LXP roadmap, governance and improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance functionality and learner engagement through analytics and learning technologies.
• Advise on digital learning design, content development and assessment approaches.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and committees to deliver engaging learning experiences.
• Build relationships with Fellows, trainees and staff to support platform adoption and capability.
