Job summary

PLEXSYS Australia is seeking a Synthetic Environment Specialist to support the Synthetic Environment and Training Manager in delivering high-quality support and training to users of the PLEXSYS ecosystem. You will manage help desk operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and assist in software UI input and scenario development for LVC exercises.

The role involves developing training materials, conducting product demonstrations, and enabling internal and external customers to operate PLEXSYS

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years operating or supporting defence-related simulation systems.
• Experience delivering presentations and training to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Australian Citizenship and eligibility for Australian Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support training and development of modelling and simulation SMEs across locations.
• Manage customer product support, warranty, help desk operations and QA goals.
• Demonstrate products and describe use and capabilities.
• Train internal and external customers in operational use of PLEXSYS products.
• Support LVC exercises and training events with PLEXSYS products.
• Develop and maintain databases, scenarios, and use cases for ASCOT product lines.
• Assist in creating and updating internal training products and training plans.
