Job summary

The William Inglis Hotel, part of Accor’s MGallery Collection in Sydney, is seeking a Wedding & Events Sales Executive to lead engagements from first enquiry to confirmed bookings. You will showcase the venue, build relationships with couples and guide them through the wedding journey.

The role requires availability Tuesday to Saturday, with opportunities to attend weddings and events, prepare tailored proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless celebrations from planning

Qualifications

• Experience in weddings, events or hospitality sales.
• Passion for weddings and celebrations with customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.
• Confidence hosting venue tours and presenting to clients.
• Attention to detail and ability to juggle priorities.
• Commercial mindset to convert enquiries into bookings.

Responsibilities

• Drive wedding and social event sales, converting enquiries into bookings.
• Build strong relationships with couples throughout their journey.
• Host personalised venue tours, consultations and client meetings.
• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations and contracts.
• Follow up leads to maximise conversion and revenue.
• Coordinate wedding details and handover to operations.
• Attend weddings and events to support client experience.
• Achieve sales targets and represent the hotel at events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver celebrations from planning to day.
