Job summary

Burberry Sydney is seeking a Store Manager to lead a premium team in delivering the highest standards of service and luxury customer experience. You will drive commercial performance, coach staff, and ensure the store operates with excellence on all fronts—from product knowledge to visual merchandising and busy floor presence.

As a brand advocate, you will train and inspire the team while maintaining Burberry's heritage of innovation and customer engagement in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail and premium customer service environments.
• Proven leadership in a store setting with coaching and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of fashion and luxury products, trends and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team on floor and behind the scenes to uphold Burberry standards.
• Act as brand ambassador and role model for Burberry behaviours.
• Coach and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences and loyalty.
• Maintain luxury environment and Visual Merchandising standards across the store.
• Drive customer engagement using digital assets and brand storytelling.
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent and ensure succession planning.
