Job summary

Acne Studios in Sydney's Westfield is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead with the Store Manager, delivering luxury service, clienteling, and a compelling in-store experience.

You will coach the team, monitor sales KPIs, manage stock, and implement sales strategies while upholding the brand's collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leadership experience in Luxury fashion.
• Good knowledge in analysing retail KPIs and building a strategy plan accordingly.
• CRM and clienteling experience.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your main contribution will be to collaborate with the Store Manager in all aspects of leading the store. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, management, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience. You will play a vital role in ensuring excellent service and sales results by:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a luxurious and cutting-edge atmosphere
• Monitoring and analysing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement to drive store performance
• Managing inventory levels, conducting stock checks
• Supporting with analysing KPIs and act proactively to implement sales strategies
• Supporting with recruiting, training, and leading the team to optimise performance
