Job summary

Acne Studios in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Westfield store to partner with the Store Manager and nurture loyal customer relationships through exceptional service. You will lead by example in a fast-paced luxury environment and uphold the brand’s client-first approach.

You will receive training in luxury sales, management, and clienteling with a focus on delivering a cutting-edge client experience and consistent service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a luxurious and cutting-edge atmosphere
• Monitoring and analysing sales performance, identifying areas for improvement to drive store performance
• Supporting with analysing KPIs and act proactively to implement sales strategies
• Supporting with recruiting, training, and leading the team to optimise performance

To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, management, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience. You will play a vital role in ensuring excellent service and sales results by:
