Job summary

The Hotel by Levantine Hill in Coldstream, Victoria, is seeking a polished Rooms Division Manager to lead Front Office and Housekeeping as the property opens. You will shape the guest experience for 33 suites, ensuring luxury standards and impeccable presentation from day one.

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you will recruit, coach and lead teams, implement standards, manage labour, and collaborate with wine, dining and events to deliver a seamless, personalised guest journey.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in Front Office or Rooms Division at upscale or luxury hotels.
• Experience leading Housekeeping, with room cleaning standards and productivity.
• Experience supporting hotel pre-opening, opening or major operational transitions.
• Strong luxury-service capability including VIP handling and service recovery.
• Commercial awareness across budgets, rates, inventory and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Office and Housekeeping operations with daily oversight.
• Ensure immaculate 33 suites and public areas to luxury standards.
• Coordinate room readiness, staffing, and housekeeping supplies.
