Lancemore Crossley St is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to uphold our boutique standards at the Melbourne CBD location. You will lead a dynamic housekeeping team, ensure spotless rooms and public areas, and drive efficient shift operations across 7 days, including holidays.

You will be hands-on as needed and work to elevate guest experiences through meticulous presentation and teamwork in a premium hotel setting.

• Inspect public areas to ensure cleanliness and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.

• Operate with rosters covering day/night/weekend shifts over 7 days including public holidays.
• Lead the team with a strong focus on high standards of presentation and cleanliness.

About The Role

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, this key role is to deliver our high standards, consistency and efficiently with your housekeeping team. Lancemore Crossley stunning new hotel with 112 rooms, rooftop terrace with sweeping city views and wow factor lobby. You will join a great team to deliver the finest cleanliness and presentation standards in the area.

You Will Be Required To

• inspect public areas to ensure clean and presentable daily and assign tasks to HSK staff
• be hands-on cleaning rooms where necessary and also in the public area
• contribute to our profitability through efficient planning and execution of housekeeping duties
• operation with varied rosters covering day/night/weekend shifts over 7 days including public holidays
• lead the team with a strong focus on high standards (excellent presentation and cleanness)
