Lancemore Crossley St Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain our 112-room boutique hotel in Melbourne CBD. Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will lead and empower the team to deliver outstanding cleanliness, presentation and guest-ready spaces across daily rosters including day/night shifts and public holidays.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, this key role is to deliver our high standards, consistency and efficiently with your housekeeping team. Lancemore Crossley stunning new hotel with 112 rooms, rooftop terrace with sweeping city views and wow factor lobby. You will join a great team to deliver the finest cleanliness and presentation standards in the area.

You will be required to:

• inspect public areas to ensure clean and presentable daily and assign tasks to HSK staff
• be hands-on cleaning rooms where necessary and also in the public area
• contribute to our profitability through efficient planning and execution of housekeeping duties
