Job summary

Tiffany & Co. Perth seeks an experienced Team Manager to lead the store team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will supervise staff, support events, and uphold the brand’s standards.

You will build client relationships, manage loyalty with events, and contribute to training while maintaining KPI targets in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years supervisory or management experience.
• Sound sales experience in retail or relevant customer-facing work.
• Experience in sales generation and achieving targets.
• Experience organizing events is a plus.
• Ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with internal and external clients.
• Nurture and develop client portfolio through commercial outreach.
• Support Store Manager in organizing and hosting client events.
• Create an exceptional experience for clients with high service standards.
• Become an expert on product and sales training modules.
• Assist in supervising, developing, and training designated staff and supervisors.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding for new starters.
• Key-holder responsibilities, such as opening and closing the store.
