Job summary

Capri Holdings, home to Michael Kors, seeks a Full-Time Supervisor for the new Michael Kors SydneyOutletVillage. You will manage a 38-hour Tuesday–Saturday roster, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional luxury client experience.

You’ll lead a small team, support clienteling, and assist with store operations and events to ensure seamless daily performance. Ideal candidates bring leadership in retail or luxury fashion, a passion for service, and strong merchandising and tech skills, with

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience within retail, fashion, or luxury retail.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving results.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising standards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence using retail systems and technology.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Full permanent working rights in Australia.
• Availability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster.

Responsibilities

• Leading and inspiring the team to achieve sales targets and business goals.
• Delivering a luxury customer experience that reflects the Michael Kors brand.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting clienteling, CRM initiatives, and in-store events.
• Assisting with visual merchandising, stock management, and operational excellence.
• Acting as a key support to the management team and stepping up when required.
