Job summary

Hermès Australia is seeking a Sales Associate to support Team Leaders and the Store Manager with daily operations and back-of-house duties while delivering an exceptional client experience in line with Hermès standards. You will assist in maintaining the store environment, image, and merchandise presentation, participate in client outreach, and provide aftersales support as needed.

A strong background in customer service and an eye for detail in grooming and appearance are essential for success

Qualifications

• Availability to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.
• Strong background in customer service and/or sales; luxury experience is advantageous.
• Team player attitude and ability to embody Hermès Maison values.
• Excellent relationship development and interpersonal skills.
• High standard of presentation and grooming.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering exceptional client experiences in line with guidelines.
• Support daily store operations and back-of-house duties.
• Maintain store environment, image, and merchandising standards.
• Handle client inquiries, exchanges and service-related issues with professionalism.
• Capture accurate information through POS and CRM systems and share feedback with management.
