Accor's Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery invites a Restaurant Manager to lead Pastore, our signature modern Italian restaurant, along with breakfast service and In-Room Dining. You will inspire the team, foster a positive culture, and elevate guest experiences across dining experiences within a luxury hotel.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll coach managers, ensure service excellence, and work with the Executive Chef to deliver memorable experiences while managing budgets and costs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading premium restaurant or hotel F&B operations.
• Passion for hospitality and memorable dining experiences.
• Proven experience in coaching and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service and breakfast operations.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Collaborative leadership and strong communication.
• Flexible seven-day roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Hands-on leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations across Pastore, breakfast and In-Room Dining.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by proactively engaging with guests and resolving concerns.
• Lead, coach and develop Assistant Managers, Supervisors and team members.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef and hotel leadership to deliver seamless service.
• Maintain high presentation, service and operational standards across outlets.
• Support recruitment, rostering, labour management and planning.
• Drive service recovery and address guest feedback professionally.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency.
• Build relationships with guests and locals to drive loyalty and feedback.
• Demonstrate business acumen to meet financial objectives and budgets.
