Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery is seeking a Restaurant & Bar Manager to oversee Pastore and Altus Rooftop Bar, ensuring luxury guest experiences across two distinctive venues and leading the daily operations.

You will collaborate with Kitchen, Sales & Marketing, Front Office and executive leadership to maintain high standards and drive service excellence. The role offers exposure to senior leadership and a clear progression path within the Accor network.

Qualificações

• Experience leading premium, multi-outlet Food & Beverage operations.
• Proven ability to deliver luxury guest experiences and build engaged teams.
• Strong leadership with coaching and talent development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations across Pastore and Altus Rooftop Bar & Lounge.
• Deliver refined, personalised guest experiences across all F&B touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Kitchen, Sales & Marketing, Front Office and senior leadership for seamless service.
• Maintain presentation, service standards and operational consistency across outlets.
• Drive a culture of flexibility, initiative and problem solving to turn challenges into guest moments.
