Le Beach Apartments on the Gold Coast is seeking a reliable contractor to support housekeeping across its boutique Burleigh Heads property. This ongoing role suits someone who takes pride in presenting high-standard rooms and can work independently with guests in mind.

The successful applicant will manage room readiness, laundry, linen and supplies, and report maintenance issues, following management schedules and ABN invoicing requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards.
• Good written and spoken English with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and presenting apartments to a high standard.
• Preparing rooms for arriving guests.
• Mid-stay service cleans as required.
• Laundry, linen and towel handling, and restocking guest amenities and supplies.
• Maintaining presentation standards throughout the property.
• Reporting maintenance issues and supply requirements.
• Working to the daily room-readiness schedule set by management.
