Elysium Manly is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to support the overnight operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, safety and seamless service at one of Sydney's iconic beachside destinations.

You will oversee night audit duties, lead the audit team, maintain accurate billing and guest history, and uphold Elysium standards while fostering a culture of care and connection.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of night audit experience in hotel or serviced apartments.
• Hospitality qualification preferred; Fire Warden experience preferred.
• Proficient with Opera, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• RSA certification and Australian working rights are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Night Manager with the night audit and conduct Night Auditor duties.
• Perform routine checks on network and system audit controls.
• Investigate security breaches and notify authorities as needed.
• Handle disruptive guests and arrange discreet removal when required.
• Lead and support night audit team training and performance.
• Ensure accurate billing, banking and cash handling.
• Deliver friendly, professional service and be an Elysium ambassador.
