Qualifications

• Experience applying luxury F&B service standards in a hotel or similar setting.
• Proven ability to supervise and coach a hospitality team during peak periods.
• Strong customer service mindset with a professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily Lobby Lounge operations and ensure high service standards.
• Lead and coach Lounge team, manage deployment and performance.
• Engage guests, handle reservations and menu recommendations, resolve feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and compliance with HACCP and internal policies.
• Monitor stock and costs, recordkeeping, and resource usage.
