Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cocktail and beverage knowledge with a passion for mixology.
• RSA certificate or suitable Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages and specialty drinks to luxury hotel standards.
• Provide warm, professional, personalised service while anticipating guest needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers and other beverage offerings.
• Contribute creative ideas for cocktails, seasonal offerings and memorable guest experiences.
