Shangri-La Sydney invites a passionate Horizon Club Supervisor to lead the exclusive Executive Lounge, delivering personalised luxury service and guiding a dedicated front-of-house team.

In this full-time role, you will oversee the seamless day-to-day operations, coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations and Housekeeping, manage rosters, coach colleagues, and ensure guests enjoy memorable stays with bespoke experiences.

RSA certification and full working rights in Australia are required.

Formación

• Previous experience in an Executive Club Lounge or luxury hospitality environment.
• Experience rostering and leading a guest-facing team.
• Strong leadership, communication and guest engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Horizon Club operations in the absence of the Horizon Club Manager.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences from pre-arrival through departure.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping and the Amenity Centre.
• Pre-assign rooms for Horizon Club guests and manage early arrival requests.
• Upsell hotel services, products and experiences and coach the team.
