Four Seasons Hotel Sydney seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our 24/7 engineering team. You will perform a range of mechanical and electrical tasks to keep guest rooms, public areas, and facilities in pristine condition, with a strong focus on safety and guest comfort.

The role requires hands-on experience in a luxury hotel, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a large hotel.
• Mechanical and electrical experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete engineering daily shift tasks to maintain the property in a safe, efficient condition.
• Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers for reliable 24-hour service.
• Ensure proper execution of work orders and follow-ups to completion.
• Collaborate with Rooms and Food & Beverage divisions to maintain guest rooms, outlets and public areas.
