Job summary

The Star Sydney is seeking a Housekeeping Services Supervisor to lead a large, diverse team across our luxury property. Reporting to the Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and guest care through supervision, training and engagement.

You will coordinate room checks, support peak periods and resolve guest concerns with diplomacy. Opera PMS experience is desirable, and a passion for hospitality with a meticulous eye for detail will help drive

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a luxury hotel team.
• Strong leadership and attention to detail.
• Opera PMS experience desirable.
• Passion for hospitality with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Share guest information with team members - VIPs, Cots, Rollaway beds.
• Support and assist the team during peak periods.
• Perform room spot checks and ensure rooms meet hotel standards.
• Resolve guest concerns diplomatically.
• Monitor and report maintenance requests.
