Job summary

Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour invites a hospitality-focused professional to join our Luxury Hotel's Food & Beverage team. You will cater to VIP and regular guests, delivering exceptional service in a hotel bar setting and upholding our renowned luxury standards.

Maintain menu knowledge, uphold hygiene and sustainability practices, and collaborate closely with the team to ensure flawless guest experiences on every shift.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a bar, ideally a hotel bar environment.
• Strict compliance with hygiene and sustainability control as per Hotel requirements.
• Maintenance of product knowledge for all menus and stock.

Responsibilities

• Cater to the needs of all VIP and regular guests ensuring requests and demands are met efficiently to provide total satisfaction.
• Exhibit all Sofitel Values throughout daily operations.
• Work cohesively as a team member.
• Complete all required duties advised by the supervisor on shift, competently and to the highest capability.
• Desire and passion to serve guests and meet needs at the highest capacity, while employing luxury service standards.
