• RSA certificate and full Australian working rights

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with guests to create a warm atmosphere.
• Provide attentive, personalised table and beverage service.
• Take accurate orders and answer questions about the menu.
• Recommend food, champagne, wine and beverages based on guest preferences.
• Deliver orders efficiently while maintaining presentation standards.
• Maintain knowledge of the Champagne Bar menu and offerings.
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable moments.
• Work with Bartending, Kitchen and broader F&B teams for smooth service.
• Assist with opening/closing, stock replenishment, and safety standards.
