Crystalbrook Byron, a 5-star resort in Byron Bay, is seeking an experienced Front Office Supervisor. This full-time leadership role oversees day-to-day front office operations and ensures exceptional guest experiences that reflect our Spirit of Wonder.

As the on-shift operational leader, you will mentor Guest Service Agents and Porters, uphold service standards, and respond to guest requests with warmth, personalised care and efficiency in a luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role or luxury hotel.
• Can-do, culture driven and hard-working individual.
• Suitable for a Senior Guest Service Agent looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Front Office operations during shifts, ensuring smooth workflow.
• Provide real-time support to Guest Service Agents and Porters.
• Coach and mentor team, assist with onboarding and training.
• Deliver an exceptional and personalised guest experience, and respond to guest feedback with empathy.
