Job summary

Crystalbrook Byron, a luxury resort in Byron Bay, seeks an experienced Front Office Supervisor to lead daily front desk operations with warmth and personalised service. This hands-on role guides Guest Service Agents and Porters, ensuring seamless shifts and exceptional guest experiences in line with our Spirit of Wonder.

You'll coach and develop the team, uphold service standards, manage guest feedback, and partner with management to deliver memorable stays at our sustainable luxury retreat.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role or luxury hotel.
• Can-do, culture driven and hard-working.
• Suitable for a Senior Guest Service Agent looking to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities

• Lead front office operations during shifts with real-time support to Guest Service Agents and Porters.
• Maintain service standards, lobby presentation, and guest interactions.
• Coach and mentor team; onboard new staff and deliver training.
• Respond to guest feedback with empathy and resolve issues.
